If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately. rjbet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
Users are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia while using this platform. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the rjbet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using available local payment methods, including online bank transfers and e-wallets supported by the platform.
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the chosen withdrawal method. rjbet reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal that requires additional verification for security or regulatory compliance purposes. Users may not withdraw funds that have not yet met the associated wagering requirements.
Rjbet is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers. Users are advised to review their financial institution's fee policy before making any transactions.

Regarding account policy, rjbet reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud or attempted fraud, breach of these terms and conditions, misuse of promotions or bonuses, or upon request by a relevant legal authority. Funds in accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited in full.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact our support team. Any valid account balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe once all applicable conditions have been met.
5. Third-Party Links & Platform Rules
The rjbet platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational convenience. rjbet has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rjbet platform: using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform; exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities discovered (users are required to report any such vulnerabilities to our team); attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform; and using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
Rjbet also operates games based on a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring the fairness of every game. Manipulation of game outcomes by any party is technically impossible and will not be tolerated.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Rjbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date.
